Conor Cunningham was added to the Roanoke College men’s lacrosse staff in the summer of 2024.
Cunningham played collegiate lacrosse at Arcadia University (Pa.), where he was named to the MAC honor roll in 2017 and received all-conference honors in 2019. He earned a bachelors in biology with a minor in secondary education.
Cunningham returned as an assistant coach for Arcadia from 2022-24. He was involved in practice and game time coaching, while also aiding in the recruitment process, reviewing film, class performance, nutrition and weight training for all players. He served as the face-off director and during his tenure the program had one MAC Championship appearance, two MAC semifinal appearances, two first-team all-conference FOGOs and one second-team all-conference FOGO. They set the program face-off wins and ground ball records.
He was the head coach for BBL Shore Lacrosse from 2019-2021 and an assistant coach at Manasquan High School (NJ) from 2016-2021. While at Manasquan, the program won three Shore Conference Titles and three State group titles.
