Biography

Career Highlights: Stewart will forever be remembered for his outstanding performance in the 2002 Old Dominion Athletic Conference semifinal game against the Yellow Jackets of Randolph-Macon College. Up against the sixth ranked team in the nation, Stewart single-handily kept the Maroons in the contest, draining a career-high five three-pointers in route to a career-best 23 points. The second of his three tied the ball game at 47 and after his team trailed by nine points later in the contest, Stewart his three three-pointers in the span of 1:09 to bring the Maroons to within two points. Last season, Stewart averaged a career-high 7.1 rebounds a game to lead all Maroons. He also averaged 6.2 points, the fifth best number on the team. In an ODAC contest against Emory & Henry last season, Stewart grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds and went on to finish the season ranked behind only one other player in the ODAC in the rebounding charts.


 


Personal: In May of 2003 Stewart earned his Bachelor's Degree from Roanoke College in Health and Human Performance. He is currently a men's basketball graduate assistant at Marshall University.
