Daryl Robertson joined the Maroons staff in July 2025, bringing over a decade of coaching experience and a strong passion for player development and high energy leadership. Robertson arrived at Roanoke after serving as the head football coach at Liberty High School (Bedford, VA), where he led the Minutemen with a focus on discipline, culture, and competitive excellence. 
 
Prior to Liberty High School, Robertson served on staff for five seasons at William Fleming High School (Roanoke, VA) and for five seasons at E.C. Glass High School (Lynchburg, VA). Known for his enthusiasm and dynamic sideline presence, Robertson has built a reputation for motivating athletes and fostering team-first mentalities
 
A native of Bedford, VA, Robertson brings his Virginia roots and relentless energy to the Maroons’ program
