2024: Selected to the First Team All-ODAC and NFHCA Second Team All-Region...Named Roanoke Co-Female Athlete of the Year...Started all 18 games...Tallied 13 goals and 5 assists for 31 points, all of which were team highs...Was fourth in the ODAC in points and fifth in the conference in goals...Had hat-tricks against Allegheny and Southern Virginia...Ended her career tied for fourth in career assists (22), tied for fifth in career points (92), and tenth in goal (35).
 
2023: Named to the First Team All-ODAC...Vernarelli started all 16 games of her junior season… she put up nine goals with four assists for a team best of 22 points on the year.

2022-23: Second Team All-ODAC selection … started all 19 contests with 13 goals and six assists … led the Maroons in both goals and points (32) … recorded 2+ points in nine games on the season … notched a hat trick in a win over Ferrum … also posted two goals and one assist against Southern Virginia … scored twice against ODAC rival Lynchburg … first career goal came in the season opener at Mary Washington

2021-22: Appeared in the starting lineup in all 19 games and provided seven assists … recorded her first two career helpers against Southern Virginia … also tallied three assists against Ferrum … assisted on the game-winning goal against Randolph-Macon in the ODAC quarterfinals

High School: 2020 graduate of Oldfields School in Sparks, Md. … competed in field hockey, basketball and lacrosse … four-time first team all-conference honoree … member of the honor roll

Personal: Daughter of Jennifer Vernarelli and Mark Vernarelli … has six sisters (Caroline, Sarah, Liz, Faith, Rachael and Rebecca) and one brother (William) … majoring in sports management with a minor in communications … favorite TV show is The Vampire Diaries … favorite professional sports teams are the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles and the Kansas City Chiefs … favorite sports figures are Kobe Bryant and Erin Matson … greatest personal sports moment was taking Washington and Lee to overtime
