2016: Played in one game during freshman year for the Maroons, getting a hit in his only at bat against PSU-Harrisburg (3/9.) Came around to score first run as a member of the Maroons later that inning.

High School: Played Varsity Baseball and Basketball at Saint Christopher's School... Member of 2014 Virginia Prep League Championship team as a junior...Played under Coach Tony Szymendera.

Personal: Son of Bill and Susan Atkinson. Exercise Science Major.
