Roanoke College

2016: Started in 31 out of 35 games played for the Maroons during his senior year… went 41-for-125 finishing with a .328 batting average… totaled 17 RBI, one triple, one home run, 14 runs scored, and 11 doubles which was seventh-most in the ODAC… on the defensive side he was third in the conference with 345 total chances and 332 putouts at first base… in a win over Bridgewater (4/23) he went 2-for-4 with one double, one home run, and two runs scored.

2015: Started in 23 of 24 games for the Maroons during his junior year...went 24-87 finishing with a .276 batting average...totaled two doubles, seven runs scored, and 12 RBI's...went 3-4 with a double, one walk, one run scored, and one RBI vs. Ferrum College (3/18).

2014: Started in 9 of 13 games played inin his 39 at bats he had 9 hits, 5 RBIs, and 3 runsbatted .289had 2 hits, 2 RBI, and 1 run vs. Ferrum College (3/27).

2013: Started 29 of 31 games as a freshman, assuming starting catching duties due to injuries finished the season with a .301 batting average had 34 hits, 13 RBI, nine runs, four doubles, one triple and one home run...against Earlham College (3/17) he had a 2 RBI walk-off double in the 9^th inning.

High School: Received First-Team VIISAA All-State and First-Team VIC All-Conference honors while playing under Head Coach Doug Smethurst.

Personal: Son of Betty and Dale Crutchfield majoring in sports management.
