SWEET BRIAR, Va. - The Roanoke College women's tennis team grabbed the win over Sweet Briar for the first time in over seven years, taking the match 4-3.

The Highlights 

• This is the first time the Maroons have taken down the Sweet Briar since the 2018-19 season when they won 9-0. 

• It is also the first time RC has registered points against the Vixens wince the 2020-21 season. 

• Raygan Wade and Camryn Breedlove continue to be a strong duo, earning their seventh overall and third ODAC victory at No. 2 doubles. 

• Victoria Rios and Kaleigh Menefee have now earned three of their four wins this season in conference play with their No. 3 victory. 

• Breedlove and Lia Streibich each took home their seventh win of the campaign in singles play. 

• Meanwhile, Rios grabbed her eighth win to tie Wade for the team lead.
