FOREST, Va. – Roanoke College men's lacrosse goalie David Hamilton and women's tennis player Raygan Wade were honored Monday as Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Players of the Week for the week of March 9.

Hamilton helped the Maroons to a pair of wins last week in non-conference play to earn the Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week award, his second of the season. He made 14 stops in a 10-8 win over Grove City College Tuesday afternoon and followed up with 11 saves Saturday against Ohio Wesleyan University in an 11-6 victory. Hamilton had a 64% save percentage for the week.

Wade, the ODAC Women's Singles Player of the Week, earns the first weekly accolade of her career after going 3-0 at the No. 3 spot in singles with two three-set wins. The Rockingham, Va. product helped RC to a winning record at the PTR Spring Tennis Fest for the first time since the 2021-22 season. She now is tied for the team lead in singles victories with four.
