FOREST, Va. - The Roanoke College women's tennis team was chosen to finish 10th in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference as announced in the preseason poll on Thursday morning. 

The Maroons earned 44 points in the poll, putting them 21 points clear of 11th ranked Bridgewater and just nine points behind Randolph-Macon and Sweet Briar, who are tied for eighth. Washington & Lee was chosen to repeat as league champions, earning 11 first place votes to pick up the max of 121 points. 

RC opens their spring slate in Salem as they square off with Pfeiffer on Feb. 20.
