FOREST, Va. - Senior sprinter Lindsey Hobin picked up her third weekly award of the indoor season as she was named the ODAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week on Tuesday afternoon.
Hobin improved upon her personal best time in the 400m at the Wittenberg Invite this past weekend as she put down a 56.53 to take third place. Her converted time of 57.29 ranks her first in the ODAC and second in the region. Hobin's 400m time also puts her at 22nd in Division III. The Rhode Islander also placed fourth overall and first among DIII competitors in the 200m this past weekend. She ran a 25.34 to move up to second in the Roanoke's all-time rankings for the event.
Hobin and the rest of the track & field team are set to the ODAC Championships this weekend (Feb. 28- Mar. 1) in the Cregger Fieldhouse.
