The short story: The No. 6 ranked Roanoke College wrestling team scored a pair of victories Friday afternoon against ranked opponents at the NWCA/USMC Multi-Division National Dual Meet Championships.
The Maroons rolled to a 31-3 win over No. 13 University of Wisconsin Whitewater 31-3 and held on to upset No. 3 University of Whitewater-La Crosse 20-16.

Mark Samuel (141) secured a major decision in his first match and followed with a decision victory against La Crosse.
