The Short story: The Roanoke College women's volleyball team split two matches Saturday to finish the 2025 Maroon Classic, defeating Brevard in three sets before falling to Salem (N.C.) in three. Overall in the Classic, RC won three of four matches to move to 4-4 on the season.

 Inside the numbers (vs. Brevard):
*Emma Catoe had eight kills for the Maroons, while Sidney Alumbaugh had seven with 10 digs.
*Danica Taylor hit six kills.
*Raygan Wade had 21 assists and Teagan Hubble had nine digs.
*Caroline Moon and Malahna Hoyle had six kills apiece for Brevard.   

 Inside the numbers (vs. Salem):
*Taylor and Alumbaugh had six kills each for Salem.
*Wade had 15 assists and Hubble had 17 digs.
*Ella Brameus had 12 kills for Salem.
