SALEM, Va. - The Roanoke College men's volleyball squad fell in four sets to the ODAC leading Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets on Friday evening.

How It Happened 

• RMC took a slight edge in the first set early and held on the entire set to take it 25-19. 

• It looked like Randolph-Macon was going to do the same thing in the second, but Roanoke roared back to take a lead that they would only increase. RC was able to grab the set at 25-22. 

• RMC did enough early in each of the next two sets to finish out the match, 25-212 and 25-22. 

Notes and Notables 

• Michael Cummins led the way offensively with 13 kills. Andre Gates and Colin Mendoza were the next closest Maroons in the category with eight and seven kills. 

• Teagan Cole topped the squad in assists with 20. 

• Medoza had seven blocks in the match, one solo and six assisted. 

• Kaeden Noble, CJ Kingston, and Teagan Noble all hit double digits in digs, totaling 13, 12, and 11 respectively.

The Maroons are in the Cregger Center next Saturday (Mar. 29) as they celebrate Senior Day in a tri-meet with Averett and Carolina University. Their ODAC game against Averett is slated to be played at 12:00 pm while their match with Carolina is at 4:00 pm.
