The Short story: The Roanoke College men's basketball team had 14 players get in the scoring column Tuesday night as the Maroons opened the 2025-26 season with a 90-38 win over visiting Christendom College. RC begins the season as the No. 10 ranked team in the D3hoops.com pre-season top 25 poll.

*The Maroons netted the first eight points of the game and held a lead of 27-10 before a 20-0 run put the game out of reach 47-10 just before halftime.
