SALEM, Va. - The Roanoke College men's tennis team opened their 2025-26 season against Pfeiffer on Wednesday afternoon.

The Highlights 

• Roanoke picked up all three of their points in singles play. 

• Federico Maccari, Emiliano Ramirez, and Nolan Macedo each picked up their first individual win of the season. 
   
• Maccari and Macedo teamed up to grab the No. 1 doubles match for their first win as a pair this season.

• Ramirez took his game in dramatic fashion, winning the second set after falling in the first and then winning the tiebreaker 10-8. 

• Macedo's victory in both singles and doubles are the first of his collegiate career.
