FOREST, Va. - Senior Federico Maccari and freshman Nolan Macedo of the Roanoke College men's tennis team were named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Men's Doubles Team of the Week by the conference on Monday. 

Maccari and Macedo teamed up to win back-to-back No. 1 doubles matches in the week. They first took down Pfeiffer's duo by a score of 6-2 before turning around the next day to defeat Washington & Lee's top pair 6-4. 

Their win over Washington & Lee was the first time since 2015 that RC has taken a doubles match from the Generals. They are also the first Maroons to be selected as the Doubles Team of the Week as the award distinction between doubles and singles began this year. 

This is the fourth weekly honor of Maccari's career, after previously waking home three individual honors, and the first of Macedo's career.
