The Short story: The Roanoke College women's volleyball team rallied twice from two games down Friday to post a pair of victories at the Averett University Cougar Classic over Methodist and Bob Jones Universities. The Maroons fell to both squads last fall, Methodist in five games and Bob Jones in three.

Rylee Mayer slammed 18 kills while fellow senior Petyon Kirchner had 15 kills and six blocks.
