The Short story: The Roanoke baseball team took an early 2-0 lead but Ferrum College had three big innings to come back for a 13-3 victory in an Old Dominion Athletic Conference game.

 How it happened:
*Kyle Moshier blasted a two-run shot to left field to put the Maroons up 2-0 in the second inning.
*The Panthers scored once in the third and had five runs in the fourth, three in the seventh and four in the eighth.
*Cayden Freels hit an RBI double in the sixth frame.

Inside the numbers:
*Freels had three hits, including two doubles.
*Moshier doubled and homered on the night.
*Nate Prince and Hayden Giordano each had a hit and a walk.
*Palmer Griffin struck out two of the three batters he faced to finish off the contest.
*Clayton Michael went 4-5 for Ferrum (13-19/5-11 ODAC).
