The Short story: The Roanoke College men's basketball team nailed 17 three-pointers Sunday in a 103-65 win over visiting Bryn Athyn College in the first game of the two-day, four-team, Cregger Invitational.

Grant Hamilton scored a career-high 18 points, hitting 5-of-9 beyond the arc.
How it happened:
*The Lions went ahead 7-6 early and trailed just 23-19 with 8:50 left in the first half. The Maroons used a 12-3 run to go ahead 35-22 and had a 40-29 advantage at halftime.
*Roanoke scored the first seven points after intermission and never looked back.
Inside the numbers:
*Roanoke's 17 three-pointers are the most for the program since Feb. 8, 2017 against Guilford College.

Joshua McClary had 13 points and six assists in just 18 minutes of game action.

Clayton Gaither tallied 13 points, four rebounds and two steals.

Marcus Morgan filled up several statistical columns with eight points, eight assists, four rebounds and two steals.
