Peyton Kirchner hit 13 kills Wednesday night to surpass 1,000 for her career and lead the Roanoke College women's volleyball team to a three-set win over Eastern Mennonite University in Old Dominion Athletic Conference play.
Kirchner entered the night with 989 kills and became just one of seven Maroons to reach the milestone in program history late in the third set. She also closed out the last conference match of the regular season with a service ace and had five blocks on the night.

Rylee Mayer, who joined the 1000-kill club last weekend and is sixth-all time in the category, also had 13 kills.

Carly Lundgren had five kills in just nine attempts and
Kayleigh Eason had three blocks.

Kylee Draper had 17 assists and seven digs.

Raygan Wade finished the match with 15 assists and eight digs.

Teagan Hubble had a match-high 20 digs and
Brynlee Burrill had seven.
*Mara Woolford had nine kills and eight digs for the Royals (8-16/2-9 ODAC).
