The Lead: Roanoke welcomed Ferrum College to the courts at the Elizabeth Campus Complex on Saturday afternoon. After downing Hollins yesterday, Roanoke would record their second consecutive, 9-0, sweep with the win over the Panthers.

Highlights:

• Margriet Bostoen and Sophie Bartholomaus won 8-0 at the #3 doubles spot while Jessica Kennedy and Lucy Collins, #1, and Halle Fernstrum and Olivia Maccluen, #2, each posted 8-1 victories.
• Kennedy (1), Collins (2), Fernstrum (3), Bostoen (4), and Maccluen (5) each picked up singles wins by the score of 6-0 and 6-0.
• At #6, Bartholomaus completed the 9-0 win with a 6-1 and 6-0 win.

Up next: Roanoke College is set to host Virginia Wesleyan next Saturday in Salem. The match with the Marlins is scheduled to start at 2:00pm.
