The Lead: The Roanoke College men's tennis team welcomed Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) leading Washington and Lee to the courts at the Elizabeth Campus Sports Complex on a windy Wednesday afternoon. The Generals would take all three doubles matches on their way to an 8-1 win over the Maroons.

Highlights:

• Roanoke would fall at the #1 doubles spot when the team of Jack Fishwick and Zach Kriebel were defeated 8-5.
• At the top singles spot, Fishwick won the first set, 6-3, but dropped set number two to force a 10 point tie-breaker. For the second day in a row, the senior from Roanoke would win the tie-breaker, 10-8, to take the match.

Up next: Roanoke is scheduled to travel to Emory & Henry on Friday as the men and women will take on the Wasps in ODAC play.
