The Lead: The Roanoke College men's and women's tennis teams would host Johnson University at the Elizabeth Campus Tennis Complex on Saturday morning. Both the men and women would complete 9-0 sweeps of the matches against the Royals.
Highlights:
- Roanoke would sweep the three doubles matches. Zach Kriebel and Thomas Hodges would not drop a game, winning, 8-0, at the #2 spot.
- Jack Fishwick picked up a straight set, 6-0 and 6-0, win at the top singles spot. Hunter Adams would add another perfect match, 6-0 and 6-0, at #5 singles.
- At #2 Grayson White would drop just one game in picking up the 6-1 and 6-0 win as did Lance Beheler at #6, 6-0 and 6-1.
Up next: Roanoke is scheduled to host Averett on Tuesday afternoon with a 3:00pm start at the Elizabeth Campus Tennis Complex.
