The Lead: Monday marked the first day of the Spring TennisFest as RC faced Lebanon Valley. The Maroons won two of the three doubles matches and won four of the six singles matches to defeat the Dutchman 6-3.
Highlights:
- At #2 doubles, the team of Carolyn Kitsock and Madeline Herring defeated Madison Poladian and Emily Wilczek 8-2.
- The #3 doubles team of Olivia Maccluen and Margriet Bostoen followed suit of the #2 doubles team, defeating their opponents Elise Hanks-Witaszek and Zoe Birch, 8-6.
- Jessica Kennedy took the win at #1 singles, 6-2 and 6-4, to defeat Nicole Hondrade.
- Lucy Collins beat Poladian in the #3 singles 6-3 and 6-2.
- In the #4 singles, Bostoen topped Wilczek 6-2 in both the first and second sets
- Herring took the win at #5 singles, 6-2 and 6-0, to defeat Zoe Birch
