The Lead: Women's Tennis fell to fourth-seeded Randolph 5-4 in the ODAC Quarterfinals.

How it Happened:

• Roanoke took a 2-1 lead following doubles as Janny Alvarado and Carolyn Kitsock defeated Lauren Appel and Savana Mata 8-3 at No. 2.
• Kelly MacCluen and Arabella Goralski took an 8-1 decision over Hayley Ashford and Ranita Opoku-Sarfo to take the lead. 
• Randolph took wins at No. 1 and No. 2 of singles competition before Madeline Herring took a 6-1, 7-5 win over Mata at No. 3.
• The WildCats took wins at No. 4 and No. 5 singles en route to the win as Appel defeated Alvarado 6-3, 6-1 and Opoku-Sarfo defeated MacCluen 6-1, 6-2.
• Roanoke closes the season with a 10-8 overall and an 8-4 conference record.
