The Lead: Nick Peters finished ninth overall as Roanoke competed at the Hill City Invitational at Boonsboro Country Club.

Highlights:

• Peters carded a 79-81—160 to finish 16 over par on the par 72 course. Evan Diebus came in 12^th overall after firing an 86-77—163. Owen Grayson shot an 87-90—177 for RC.
• Branson Terrell of Lynchburg won the overall title with a 69-73—142 to finish one over par for the two-day tournament.
• Host Lynchburg won the team title with a 314-317—631, topping Averett by three strokes.

Up Next: Roanoke will travel to Myrtle Beach this weekend to take part in the Match Play Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.
