How it Happened

• Janny Alvarado and Carolyn Kitsock got RC on the board with an 8-0 win at No. 2 doubles. Kelly MacCluen and Arabella Goralski then topped Madison Hoilman and Mary Wolfrey 8-0 at No. 3 doubles.
• Madeline Herring and Jessica Kennedy closed out the doubles portion with an 8-5 victory over Madison Hansen and Megan Hillyard at No. 1.
• Sophie Bartholomaus would make it 4-0 RC with a win at No. 6 singles before Goralski clinched the match with a 6-3, 6-0 win over Caitlin Bennett at No. 5.
• Kennedy (No. 1), Kitsock (No.2) and Herring (No. 3) each earned wins for RC as well.
