Women's Tennis Drops 6-3 Decision to Randolph

The Lead: Women's Tennis dropped a 6-3 decision to Randolph in ODAC action Thursday afternoon.

How it Happened:

Catherine Lee and Madeline Herring evened the match at 1-1 following an 8-4 win over Ashley Schmitz and Lauren Appel at No. 2 doubles.
Carolyn Kitsock and Janny Alvarado followed suit with an 8-1 win over Sarah Mueller and Ranita Popku-Sarfo at No. 3 to take a 3-1 lead at the end of the doubles match-ups.
Kitsock won the only singles match for Roanoke with a 6-2, 6-1 win over Mueller at the No 5 position.
Randolph won five of the six singles matches to secure the win.
