The Lead: Roanoke earned its first win of the season in a 6-3 victory over Randolph.

How it Happened:

• Roanoke won a pair of doubles to take an early 2-0 lead in the match. Jose Alvarado and Grayson White defeated Bradley Strober and Edgar Ellis 8-6 at the No. 1 spot.
• Jack Fishwick and Jack Doriss took an 8-2 win over Daniel Crutcher and Ben Roberts at the No. 2 spot.
• Fishwick won a 6-3, 6-1 over Crutcher at the No. 2 singles followed by a 6-0, 6-0 victory by White at the third spot over Ellis.
• Dorris took a 6-3, 6-3 win over Joe Kaneda and Alston Martin defeated Coffron 6-0, 6-0 to close out the singles competitions.
