How it Happened

Roanoke took the first point of the match when Janny Alvarado and Carolyn Kitsock beat Kayla Egg and Kathleen Moser 8-3 in No. 3 doubles.
Baldwin Wallace rallied, taking No. 1 and No.2 doubles to take a 2-1 lead heading into singles play.
Kitsock tied the match at 2-2 by downing Shannon Finkenthal, 6-2, 6-1 at No. 5 singles.
With Baldwin Wallace up 3-2, Avery Smith picked up a key win at No. 3 singles over Ashtyn Morris 6-3, 6-3.
Tracy Kile topped Kelly Peskura 6-4, 7-5 at No. 6 to put RC up 4-3, before Catherine Lee beat Imani Robinson 1-6, 7-5, 10-6 to clinch the match for the Maroons.
