The Lead: Hailey Davis scored the game-winner with just over a minute left to lift Roanoke to a 1-0 win over Randolph.

How it Happened:

• Davis scored with a shot into the right side with 1:04 left on the clock to give the Maroons the win.
• Roanoke rattled off 13 shots in the first half, including a shot from Jillian Barnard that hit the post at the 27-minute mark, but were unable to find the back of net keeping the game scoreless at the half.
• In the second half, Jamie Obremski registered a shot with 19 minutes left of the clock that just cleared the crossbar, keeping it 0-0.
• Chris Martin made three saves in goal for RC while Zoe Waring made 17 for the WildCats.
• Roanoke held a 7-1 edge in corners and a 36-4 advantage in shots on the day.
