The Lead: The Roanoke College Golf team rounded out its 2018 fall schedule at the O'Briant-Jensen Tournament in Greensboro, N.C.
How it Happened:
- The Maroons finished 18th in a field that featured eight teams that are ranked nationally, including six in the top-15. No. 8 Guilford fired a three under par as a team on Tuesday to finish at even par and top No. 4 Huntingdon by seven strokes.
- Evan Diebus shot a 79-82—161, while Nick Peters carded a two-day 82-84—166 for the Maroons. Drew Mathers Huntingdon finished four under to win the individual title by two strokes over Guilford's James Mishoe and Louis Lambert.
