The Lead: Men's tennis dropped an 8-1 ODAC decision to Bridgewater Wednesday afternoon in Salem.

How it Happened:

• Bridgewater claimed all three doubles matches to take an early 3-0 lead on the day.
• Jose Alvarado won RC's sole match of the day at the No. 2 spot against Thomas Rishcoff. Alvarado took the match 7-5, 4-6, 10-5.
• Billy Goins and Neel Shah each battled the Eagles to three sets in the singles match –ups, at the No. 4 and No. 5 spots respectively, but were unable to earn the win.
• Goins fell 6-4, 2-6, 4-10 to Nate Horner and Shah fell 3-6, 6-4, 5-10 to Emmett Johnson.
