- The day started with a tight match at No. 1 doubles where Roanoke's Jose Alvarado and Holden Branham won a hard fought 9-8 win in a tie-breaker over Bradley Strober and Doug Corbett.
- Randolph won the other two doubles matches to hold a slim 2-1 lead heading into singles play.
- Alverado claimed a 5-7, 6-1, 6-3 win over JT von Seggern in No. 2 singles but the WildCats would win the remaining five matches to secure the league win.
