The Lead: Four Maroons posted double-digit figures in RC's five set win Monday night at Ferrum.

How it Happened:

• Alex Wolfe tallied 16 kills followed by Blackmore with 14 kills and 17 digs. Ryan Hedgpeth had a game-high 37 digs while Jessica Block had 11 paired with 48 assists.
• After dropping set one, RC jumped to a 16-12 lead in set two capped by a Block ace.
• Wolfe fired back-to-back kills to give Roanoke the victory in set two.
• In the fourth set, Roanoke erased an eight point Panther lead with a 12-3 run to take the lead at the 22-21 mark.
• Wolfe and Grace Parrish claimed the last two points of the 28-25 set forcing the fifth.
• In set five, the Maroons jumped to an 11-5 lead before using a 5-2 run to take the match.
• This marks the third time Roanoke has defeated Ferrum this season with a pair of wins coming in the 2016 Roanoke College Maroon Classic.
