SALEM, Va. --- Roanoke fell to Bridgewater in three sets in ODAC Volleyball action on Tuesday evening at the Bast Center. The Maroons drop to 7-7, 1-2 in the ODAC while the Eagles improve to 4-7 on the season.
The Maroons fell to the Eagles with scores of 25-12, 25-18 and 25-10.
Kelsey Largen (Roanoke, VA, Cave Spring)led Roanoke with eight kills followed by
Lynsey Ferris (Roanoke, VA, Northside)with four along with two block solos.
Emily Martin (Daleville, VA, Lord Botetourt)and
Caitlyn Long (Roanoke, VA, Cave Spring)finished with nine digs apiece while
Shannon Stone (Williamsburg, VA)totaled 15 assists on the evening.
The women will travel to Lynchburg, VA on Tuesday, Sept. 29 to take on Randolph in ODAC action. The Maroons defeated the Wildcats, 3-0 earlier this season. Game time is set for 6:30 p.m.
