Earls joins the Maroon women’s volleyball staff for the 2026 season. She played for Head Coach Blair Trail from 2014-2017 and was a team captain during her senior season. She graduated from RC in the Fall of 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education.
Earls began her college coaching career as a graduate assistant at the University of Charleston (W. Va.) from August 2018 to May 2020 and graduated with her Master of Science in Strategic Leadership. She then served as an assistant women’s volleyball coach at Ferrum College for two seasons before taking over the head coaching duties at Averett University.
In her first year the Cougars finished the season with an overall 20-11 record, 10-2 in the ODAC, securing the No. 2 seed in the post-season tournament and finishing as the runner-up in the ODAC tournament. Currently, she works for NCSA College Recruiting as a Volleyball Recruiting Coach with both Men’s & Women’s players.
