Kristin brings a lifelong passion for the game of golf and a deep commitment to the growth of student-athletes both on and off the course. With years of experience in competitive play she focuses on fostering a positive team culture built on integrity, hard work, and continuous improvement.
The Virginia native earned all-state honors four years in a row for the Hidden Valley High School golf team and was named the team captain two years in a row, leading the team to its first ever state championship in 2014. She was a four-time member of the Roanoke Valley All-Metro golf team and was named the 2015 VSGA Player of the Year. She has multiple tournaments wins, including the Junior Valentine and Roanoke Valley Women’s Hall of Fame. After a successful junior golf career, Hearp earned a golf scholarship to Virginia Tech and played there for four years graduating with a Marketing Management degree from the Pamplin College of Business in 2020.
Off the course, Kristin works as a Financial Professional at National Financial Services where she helps individuals and families build financial futures.
