Graham begins his second season with the Maroons after joining the staff in 2023-24.
In his first year with the Maroons, Graham helped elevate the sprint team to new heights. He helped develop three All-Americans, six ODAC champions, and 16 All-ODAC athletes. Graham also had eight athletes qualify for the NCAA Championships (indoor 60m hurdles and 200m, outdoor 100m, 200m, and 4x100m women's team).
Prior to Roanoke, Graham was a 5x All-American. While earning his undergraduate degree in criminal justice at UNC-Pembroke, Graham was a two-time conference champion and became a school record holder in the 60m hurdles at 8.01 seconds. Graham then continued his collegiate career at Wingate University, where he earned his master's degree in sports management. With the Bulldogs, the North Carolina native earned a conference title and All-American honors yet again. He also set a school record in the 60m hurdles at 7.84. After earning his master's, Graham then did one year at Ashland University where he was 2x All-American.Â
Graham also competed at the USATF Indoor National Championships in the 110m hurdles where he placed 9th.
