Biography
2009: Monahan set personal bests in the 400 (51.92) and 800 (1:59.46) indoors and placed 3rd at the ODAC championships. During the outdoor season he ran even faster with a 1:57.80 at the Liberty University meet. He also ran one of the fastest legs on both 4 X 400 relay teams at the indoor and outdoor ODAC meets where the Maroons placed 2nd.
2008:Ran 2:05 indoors in the 800, but set a personal best in the event at the outdoor ODAC championships in 2:01 finishing 7th overall. Also ran on the indoor and outdoor 4x400m relay teams.
