2015: Named to #1 doubles Second-Team All-ODAC with Jacob Morris... appeared in 25 matches for the Maroons as a junior...went 6-6 overall 4-3 in the ODAC in singles...finished 8-5 overall 6-2 in the ODAC in doubles, where he teamed with Morris...got two wins vs. Hampden-Sydney (3/29), where he went 6-2, 6-1 in #2 singles and 8-0 in #1 doubles...in a win over #37 ranked Washington and Lee, he won #2 singles 6-4, 3-6, 6-3, and won #1 doubles with teammate Morris, 8-5.

2014: Earned six wins while competing in #2 singles continued to record six more wins for the Maroons while competing in both #1 and #2 doubles.

2013: Accumulated an 8-7 overall singles record as a freshman for the Maroons...had a 9-6 overall doubles record with James Lee... he and Lee went on a seven-match win-streak during the season in doubles play.

High School: Played at Mt. Airy (NC) High School under Rodney Pell... led the Bears to the 2009 and 2010 1A dual-team State Championship... 2010 Doubles State Champion as a sophomore... a two-time conference player of the year and team MVP... a four-time all-conference selection... didn't lose a singles match all year as a freshman and won the conference tournament... went 22-5 (singles) and 18-1 (doubles) as a junior en route to a runner-up finish at regionals and a final four appearance in the state tournament... went undefeated in the regular season (24-2 overall) as a senior, falling only in the regional final and state semifinal.

Personal: Son of Nancy and Eric Kessler... majoring in Chemistry... received Charlotte Weatherly Yokley Tennis Award... earned Beard Scholarship for leadership and academics
