Roanoke College

Lemon joins the Roanoke staff after spending the last three years in various roles, including as the Assistant Swim and Dive coach, at North Cross School. While at North Cross, Lemon was a part of a coaching staff that oversaw multiple individual conference champions, several state qualifiers and finalists, and teams that regularly finished in the top three at the conference level. Lemon also served as the Head Masters Coach and assistant coach with the CCA Marlins, a local, USA Swimming Club team. As a member of the CCA Marlins coaching staff, Lemon rotated between several groups as needed, while overseeing the drastic growth of the CCA Marlins Masters group, both doubling the number of swimmers, while simultaneously helping the bulk of the group drop their times for the first time in years. 

Lemon graduated with honors in 2021 with a B.S. in Biology from fellow ODAC member and rival, Hampden-Sydney College. In 2024, he furthered his education by receiving his M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction/higher education from Liberty University.
