2023: Competed in the Queen City Invite 8K (9/15), running 31:01.4 and finishing 103rd … also had his best 5K time of the season at Roanoke's Rooney Invitational (9/8), running 18:12.2 to finish 23rd.

High School: 2023 graduate of Belchertown H.S. in Belchertown, Mass. ... ran 2-mile time of 10:47 and 5K time of 17:03 ... Pro Merito 90 award winner.
