2024: Competed in every meet for the Maroons...Put up a 6th place finish at the Eagle Cross Country Challenge (Aug. 30) with his 6k time of 20:31.0...Placed 30th at the Roanoke XC Invitational (Oct. 19) with a season best 8k time of 26:07.4...Finished 51st as part of the NCAA South Region Championship squad...Also finished third out of the Maroons at the ODAC Championships (Nov. 2) at 36th overall.

Before Roanoke: 2x cross country team MVP selection...Named track & field Most Improved...Earned track & field MVP award....Selected ot the All-State team in the indoor 1600...Honor Roll student...2x Project Forum regional qualifier...Named as both a Distinguished and Governor's Scholar.

Why did you choose Roanoke?: I like the campus and the vibe. I also believed in Coach Workman and the rest of the team.
What do you want to do after Roanoke?: Become a physical therapist or athletic trainer as well as a cross country coach.
