2024: Raced six times this season...Finished 4th at the Eagle Cross Country Challenge (Aug. 30) with his 6k time of 20:23.6...Placed 10th at the Pfeiffer University XC Invitational (Sep. 14)...Posted a season best 8k time at the ODAC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 2) with a time of 26:23.5 for a 44th place finish...Also part of the team that raced at the NCAA South Region Championships.

Before Roanoke: Team Captain...Selected to the All-State team in both the indoor and outdoor track season...Was first in the region for the 4x800...Placed third in the 4x800 at Adidas Nationals...Named All-Europe at the DoDEA European cross country championships...Part of the DoDEA European Champion team for outdoor track.

Personal: Son of Yvonne and Michael Coombes...Has one brother, Jakob, who was on the cross country and track teams at Geroge Washington University...Majoring in Business Administration.
