2015: Earned NCAA Division III All-American Honors... competed in eight cross country races for the Maroons during his senior year... finished first in five out of the eight races that he competed in... his best time of the season would come in the 8k at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships (11/21) when he finished first with a time of 25:02.2... finished first at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (10/31) in the 8k with a time of 25:42.6... earned three ODAC Athlete of the Week honors over the course of the cross country season.

2014: competed in NCAA Div. III National Championships... earned NCAA All-Region honors at South/Southeast Regional... participated in eight meets... placed second in the ODAC Championships (11/1)... named ODAC Runner of the Week three times (9/2, 9/15, and 10/6)... named First-Team All-ODAC as a junior... Placed second in the NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/15)... Ranked 129th with a season low time of 25:32.0 in the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships (11/24)... led team in every meet during season... won all but three meets he competed in this fall.

2013: named Second-Team All-ODAC as a sophomore... placed ninth in the ODAC Championship (11/2)... ranked 14th in the NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/16)... led team in every meet during season... won the Roanoke Invitational (9/21) with time of 28:08... placed sixth at the Hampden-Sydney Invite to open the season (8/30)... placed among the top-12 in every meet indicidually this fall.

2012: finished 14th in the ODAC Championship (10/27)... Placed 35th in the NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/10)... placed second on the team behind All-American Tim Smith in four meets during the season... had best time of the year in Gettysburg Invitational (10/13), posting a time of 27:01.

High School: Second-Team All-Timesland Team Cross Country as a senior All-Timesland Team Outdoor Track 2012 five-time Western Valley District Champion in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track Western District Runner of the Year as a senior Nine-time individual All-Western District selection two-time All-Northwest Regional Runner while attending Patrick Henry High School.
