2014: participated in seven meets... his four personal-best times came in the second-half of the season... placed 24th in the Roanoke College Maroon Invitational (9/20)... achieved personal-best time of 27:42.0 at the Berry College Invitational (10/18)... placed 36th in the ODAC Championship (11/1)... placed 124th in NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Cross Country Champsionships (11/15)... had second-best finish of the year at the Hagan Stone Classic with a time of 27:59 (10/4)... named to the ODAC All-Academic Team.

2013: earned ODAC All-Academic Team honors for second-straight year... competed in seven meets... finished 51st in ODAC Championship (11/2)... placed 118th in NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Cross Country Champsionships in his best (11/16).

2012: named to the ODAC All-Academic Team... competed in three meets... finished 50th in ODAC Championship (10/27)... placed 121st in NCAA Division III South/Southeast Region Cross Country Champsionships (11/10).
