Group Fitness

Group Fitness is a great way to become more physically fit while exercising in a group environment. A variety of classes are offered to appeal to the different interests of participants. Classes are led by certified instructors and held in the evenings Monday through Thursday. Current students, faculty, and staff may participate in Group Fitness classes.

Class Offerings
BODYCOMBAT™- Virtual 
BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness, learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door. To learn more about BODYCOMBAT™, please refer to the Les Mills website.  Classes are on tv screen and directions are given through an instructor through TV screen.

BODYPUMP™
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit -- fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout.  Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music -- helping you achieve much more than on your own!  You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.  To learn more about BODYPUMP™, please refer to the Les Mills website.

BodyBalance- Virtual (Yoga type class)
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
Classes are on tv screen and directions are given through an instructor through TV screen. 

Line Dancing
Come to our student lead line dancing class held in Bast 109.  You will learn a variety of line dances that you can take out in to the world, and then review previous dances that you have learned throughout the year.  All levels of line dancers welcome!!

GRIT Athletic- Virtual
