Charlotte, N.C. - Sophomores Parker Blosser and Maya Herndon of the Roanoke College cross-country teams were selected as the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Runner of the Week, announced by the conference Tuesday afternoon.

Both teams competed against runners from multiple NCAA divisions and the NAIA at the Royals Cross Country Challenge.

Blosser earned the honors for the Maroons by placing 47th in a field of 248 runners with a time of 25:13.4.

Herndon led the way for the women's team by finishing 77th out of 221 runners with a time of 19:01.1. She is only the third runner in RC women's cross-country history to win the honor.
