The short story: The No. 1 Roanoke College wrestling team took down Marymount University 42-3 Sunday in non-conference action held at the Mill Mountain Theatre.

How it happened:
*RC started the match with four-straight technical falls: Mac Cafurello (19-3 at 125), Jude Robson (20-5 at 133), Mark Samuel (15-0 at 141) and Taylor Smith (21-6 at 149).
*Casey Smith scored the only pin of the afternoon at 157 in 4:37.
*After Marymount earned a decision victory at 165, the Maroons posted two technical falls, Joe Zereini 17-2 at 174 and Brock Sullivan 16-1 at 184.
*Hunter Moore won 8-2 at 197 and Nicholas Cook closed out the dual at 285 with a dramatic 4-1 win in the sudden victory session.

 Up Next:
*The Maroons (12-0) will compete unattached Saturday at the Appalachian State University Open.
